Goal
Run an employee through a payroll for one employer PAYE ref. Change them to another payroll with a different PAYE ref during the same tax year, run the payroll and get the following error :
Error was encountered when processing Element Type PAYE Details
You can only change the Employer's PAYE Reference with effect from the start of a new tax year or on the assignment start date when no future payroll actions exist.
