Unable To Search For An Item Available In GBPA

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After applying Procurement R12.1.3 Update 2011/04 April 2011 (<Patch:11817843>) users cannot search Global Blanket Purchase Agreement (GBPA) items from iProcurement.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Create a GBPA with an item and approve it.
2. Search for the item in iProcurement but the search result does not show the item.
