SOAP Transmissions Show As Processed Despite They Error (Doc ID 1381998.1)

Symptoms

Outbound transmissions show as PROCESSED when the transmission is not correct where the following 2 fields "Trans Acknowledgement Expected" and "Use Acknowledgement Status" is unchecked in the External Systems definition inside OTM.
