"First/Last Attempt" Times on Transmission are Incorrect

Symptoms
When viewing a Transmission in Transmission Manager, the following fields are displayed in the server local time:
Insertion Time
Last Update Time
However, the following fields are displayed incorrect as they are earlier than the above times.:
First Attempt
Last Attempt
This causes confusing due to the inconsistency.
