R11 R12 Closed Purchase Orders Showing As Commitments In Project Status Inquiry (PSI) While Project is not Enabled for Funds Check (Doc ID 1382330.1)

Symptoms

Project Status Inquiry (PSI) form shows 'Closed' and 'Planned' purchase orders as commitments even when corresponding project on Purchase Order (PO) Distribution is not funds check enabled.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

PSI screen shows 'Closed' and 'Planned' purchase orders as commitments only when corresponding project on PO Distribution is funds check enabled . Users do not consider releases on Planned PO as commitment if funds check is enabled for the project.

 

Changes

Create PO for a project which is not funds check enabled.   Close the PO.
Run PRC:Update Project Summary Amounts. Verify the record in PSI, it is still shown as commitment.
