Project Status Inquiry (PSI) form shows 'Closed' and 'Planned' purchase orders as commitments even when corresponding project on Purchase Order (PO) Distribution is not funds check enabled.

PSI screen shows 'Closed' and 'Planned' purchase orders as commitments only when corresponding project on PO Distribution is funds check enabled . Users do not consider releases on Planned PO as commitment if funds check is enabled for the project.

Create PO for a project which is not funds check enabled.   Close the PO.
Run PRC:Update Project Summary Amounts. Verify the record in PSI, it is still shown as commitment.
