Unable to Save Entries in Volume Fields of Order Base Ship Unit (Doc ID 1383437.1)

Symptoms

On OTM Version: 5.5.06.03
When attempting to update volume on Order Base Ship Unit lines, the following issue occurs:

-- Issue:
The Volume is not getting updated on the Order Base

-- Expected Behavior:
That the Order Base Volume would get updated correctly.

-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Navigate to Order Management -> Purchase Order -> Order Base ship Unit
2. Query for Order Base Ship Unit that is to be changed
3. Edit record and populate a value for the fields ‘Gross Volume per ship unit’ and ‘Net Volume per ship unit’
4. Select Save and then notice that nothing is being saved.
