Symptoms


Not able to close drop ship order line thus not able to invoice customer.

Only see one order that has this problem.
In this issue, the Order has already been converted into a PO (purchase order),
PO being recieved and invoice has been created and paid to the supplier. The line on the
sales order is still open and until that is closed, we cannot invoice the customer.
