Symptoms
When the standard report "PO Output for Communication" is run for approved Purchased Order, for each shipment line, it shows multiple times, once for each type of tax associated with the line.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Purchasing Order.
2. Approve the Purchasing Order.
3. Run the concurrent program "PO Output for Communication".
4. The output is showing duplicate shipment lines.
