Symptoms

Created a custom Projects PL/SQL source in SLA but it's failing validation
with the following error in the Application Accounting Definition report.

Error Category: Application Accounting

Error Number - 95617

Error Text - The validation process has encountered an internal Error.
Please enable the FND: Log Enabled profile option,revalidate
the application accounting definition, and review the log
for more information.
