Goal

We want to use the "Complimentary" Item Relationship function. Our understanding is that if a customer purchases one item, the other item is received for free.

Part number XXX has been set up so that YYY is given as complimentary. We can add it to the order via the Item Relationship functionality but the item is not free. The full price is shown in the order. What are we doing wrong?
