Symptoms
Configured Auto Assignment Rule to assign Order Release Involved party on Order Release creation fails, the following error occurs.

Cannot insert the ORDER_RELEASE_INV_PARTY record. INVOLVED_PARTY_QUAL_GID must be set. java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (GLOGOWNER.PK_ORDER_RELEASE_INV_PARTY) violated
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Auto Assignment Rule.
Auto Assign Type ID: ORDER_RELEASE_INVOLVED_PARTY
Run on Create: TRUE
Event: ORDER - CREATED
Assign: <Desired Involved Party>
2. Create an Order Release.
3. Check logs.
