On: 12.1.3 version, IAS for Applications Technology
When attempting to login to EBS, get a blank page.
When attempting to login to EBS, it should show the login screen.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the IE Browser.
2. Enter the EBS URL.
3. It redirects to http://<your host.domain:webport>/OA_HTML/AppsLocalLogin.jsp. But it shows a blank page.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to EBS.
