JEITLSTS: Italian Invoices Reporting Setup Form Error in Case of Multiorg Environment (Doc ID 1387599.1)

When attempting to create record for the same year but for different Org in a multiorg environmentthe Italian Invoices Reporting Setup form (JEITLSTS) throw below error :

APP_FND_01206: This record already exists. You entered a duplicate value or sequence of values that must be unique for every record


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Apply patch 13007150 (ITALIAN INVOICES ABOVE THRESHOLD ER)
2- Choose "ORG1 Italian AP Localization" responsibility > the Italian Invoices Reporting Setup form and fill the first field (Year of Declaration) with value 2010
3- Save your work
4- Choose "ORG2 Italian AP Localization" responsibility > the Italian Invoices Reporting Setup form and fill the first field (Year of Declaration) with value 2010
5- Save your work

At this stage APP-FND-01206 error is raised
