On 12.0.6 version in Oracle Advanced Benefits,
When attempting to process the Open life event, the following error occurs:
APP-PAY-07220: The primary key specified is invalid.
Cause: The primary key values specified are invalid and do not exist in the schema.
Action: Check the primary key values before attempting to carry out the operation again.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
HRMS Manager>People>Benefit Service Center>
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager and navigate to People > Benefits Service Center.
2. Date Track 01-Sep-14 and query an employee.
3. From the Desktop Activities drop down, select Process Open Enrollment and choose Assigned Life Event Occurred Date of 01-Jan-2015 > Continue.
