Still Getting "Hrs - This Absence Must Not Be Included In Otl Rules Evaluation Processing" in OTLR Timecards when Disabled Absecne Integration after Enabling it (Doc ID 1390482.1)

On 12.1.3 With Rules Evaluation enabled (OTLR=Y), even after disabling Absence Integration still getting the following error when submitting Timecard with Absence Element:

"Hrs - This Absence must not be included in OTL Rules Evaluation processing. Please contact your System Administrator."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable OTLR and Absence Integration
2. Try to submit a timecard with Absence hours and get the error "Hrs - This Absence must not be included in OTL Rules Evaluation processing"
2. Disable Absence Integration
3. Submit a timecard with vacation element
