Symptoms


A Rate Record is configured with a Rate Basis of "Shipment Total Transit Time". When attempted to use this Rate when the Rate Offering is configured with a non "Simulation" Rate Service, the following error is encountered:

"Rate service {rateServicePK=null} is not SIMULATION, can not use this routing (rate service=PCMILER_PRACTICAL_POSTAL)"
