OTM User Transaction Doesn'T Update Realm User Nickname Cache

When client uses OTM's User Transmission through Integration layer to move user from subdomain to parent domain  for super user access, they accomplish through a 'Delete User transmission and a subsequent 'Insert User function. They use nicknames for their SSO access through OAM, so they expect the nickname to also be linked to the new domain. However, the RealmUserNickname cache is not clearing and user nickname access attempts to log user in with old domain in error.
