Symptoms

When creating a KPI Target Value Type in FTI, if the Service Provider field is not populated, the following SQL error is encountered:

Cannot update the E_KPI_TARGET_VALUE_TYPE record. SERVPROV_GID must reference a valid SERVPROV record.
