Symptoms
On OTM version 6.2.0
When attempting to view Milestones for a Shipment Event when there are no milestones the message of "BAD" is displayed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Log onto an OTM 6.2.4 system
2 - Create a Shipment.
3 - Add an Even to the Shipment.
4 - From the Shipment click on Actions > Shipment Management > Events > View Events.
5 - Click View Milestones, the next screen was displayed with the error.
