Customer is running EBS 11.5.10 + ATG Rup 7
Notifications are processed very slow on Fridays when the notification volume increases. Notifications are dequeued from WF_NOTIFICATION_OUT queue 2 or 3 hours after they were created.
The following actions were already taken but didn't help to improve performance:
1. wfntfqup.sql was already ran to re-created WF_NOTIFICATION_OUT manually
2. outbound thread was changed to 2
3. a new mailer was created
4. performed a coalesce on AQ IOTs and indexes for WF_NOTIFICATION_OUT queue
5. all the messages in PROCESSED status were purged
More time cards are generated on Fridays
