No Event Code Available for Event Group EST_DELIVERY (Doc ID 1393612.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to use the group event 'EST_DELIVERY for a shipment event, the following issue is seen:

-- Issue
There are no event codes listed available in which to select from

-- Expected Behavior
That there would be available event codes to chose from when adding a shipment event


-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.

Log into an support instance running OTM 6.2

1. Navigate to Shipment Management --> Visibility --> Buy Shipment Events -->
2. Do an open search,
3. Select any Shipment then --> Actions --> Add Shipment Event
4. For Responsible Party input Carrier
5. For status select Estimated Delivery

There is nothing to select for a status after inputting this selection. If you try to save, then OTM throws the following info to the screen: Status Code is required'
