Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to Cost Management - SLA Responsibility.

2. Go to Requests>Submit Create Accounting - Cost Management process.

3. When Create Accounting - Cost Management process is running, it gives error and not completed.
