ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When performing Secure Resource action on shipment, the Tender Contact Information page is not shown even though the property: 'glog.webserver.uic.getTenderInfo.showTenderInfoPage' glog property is set to True.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Tender Contact Information page should be shown when secure resources action is invoked
