EAR deployment issue.

NOTE: This can also be reproduced using the default installed JDK.  This is common when going to Java 6 on 10.1.3.5.  Note 397022.1 Oracle Application Server 10g Release 3 (10.1.3) Support Status and Alerts  "If using OC4J, experiencing java.lang.NullPointerException errors when deploying, starting or stopping, apply <Patch 12965674>. On Windows, one may see java.exe processes not properly stopping. This will also be required if you will be planning to update the Java SE (JDK/JRE) installed and used with 10.1.3.5."
