Symptoms
When attempting to Autocreate an error has occurred.
Error:
APP-PO-14142: AUTOCREATE_DOCUMENTS-002: ORA-0000: normal, successful completion.
Cause: A SQL error has occurred in AUTOCREATE_DOCUMENTS. The SQL error is ORA-0000:
normal successful completion.
Action: take note of both this error number and the actions you were trying to perform.
Contact your system administrator for further assistance.
Replication Steps:
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Attempt to autocreate.
3. Error is encountered.
Other:
All users attempting autocreate experience the error.
Complete purge of the interface tables was not an option as there is a large amount of data.
In the forms trace file the following could be seen for the statement inserting into PO_HEADERS_INTERFACE.

The err=1 represents a unique constraint - ORA-00001: unique constraint
