On : 12.0.6 version, Transaction Booking

When attempting to book orders,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Unit List Price is required on a booked order line.
Unit Selling Price is required on a booked order line.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management
2. Sales Order
3. Enter new sales order 
4. Enter line 1.1 (standard item)
5. Enter line 2.1 - ATO Model 
6. Configure line 2.1
7. Book order and results in error:
Unit List Price is required on a booked order line.
Unit Selling Price is required on a booked order line.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to Book the orders and not getting the price.
Unable to test the Implementation and causing the Implementation getting delayed.
