Symptoms
Payment System: Paypal, Verisign
After upgrade, Receipt Clearing fails with error:
APP-AR-999967188: The Receipt is in the Process Of Funds Capture Settlement.
The receipts are not being picked up by Settlement process.
Changes
Instance has been upgraded from 11i to R12.
Verisign/Paypal Payee id code was changed from 'vps' to 'pfp'.
