When attempting to Terminate a person, the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility : HRMS Manager
2. Select : People > Enter & Maintain
3. Query for a person
4. Click on Others > End Employment
5. Enter the Termination Date details.
6. Click on Terminate
7. Error message appear
