Symptoms

Cannot open specific BPA release from PO Summary screen.
Error seen in PO entry form:
FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved

Steps:
- Open PO Summary form
- Enter BPA Number
- Click Find
- When the record came back, click Open
- Blank PO Entry form opens
- Error is seen at bottom of form
