Field Screen Set Doesn't Apply for View Related Shipment on Order Movements

Symptoms
A Field Screen Set is configured to redirect BUY_SHIPMENT to a custom Screen Set. When using the Action "View Related Shipments", this redirect is not occurring and user is sent to the out-of-box screenset.
