Post Mass Retirements log shows asset numbers that do not exist in FA. These asset numbers are actually the MASS_EXTERNAL_RETIRE_ID

They may show error: You cannot perform this transaction because the asset is fully retired

Using Asset Ids in Log that are erring this returns no rows:
