Symptoms

When attempting to send an email with embedded images and tables in rich text mode it is noted:

• RTF Table code causes the Email Center Message Component Email Body Pane to freeze

• bmp Images can not be displayed in Email Center Message Component(show as red X)

• Emails sent and reviewed in Email Client do not show images(show as red diamond)

Steps

(R) Email Center Agent Console
(N) Home

Click Create New Message against account.

Change to Rich Text Mode

Insert the relevant Template from the right side of the screen
