How to Restrict Users Access to Opportunities Per OU? (Doc ID 1410994.1)

Goal

When searching Opportunities, any user can see the opportunities.of the other members of his/her team regardless of the business unit assigned . This access privilege is depending on the Security access system profiles settings.

We need  to limit the user view to only his business unit opportunities only.

Here are the objectives :
1. Users should see their OU sales team data only, and not the other OUs data.
2. Sales managers/administrators need to see their staff data only for their OU not for the other OU
