Form:POXPOEPO.FMB - Enter Purchase Orders GUI
Symptoms
Buyers are unable to open the Purchase Order form due to error "You are not setup as a worker. To access this form you need to be a worker". The same is occurring for Requisition Form as well.
Replication Steps:
1. Login and move to the purchasing responsibility.
2. Attempt to use the Requisitions form or Purchase Order form - it results in an error.
Error:
You are not setup as a worker. To access this form you need to be a worker.
Other:
Review of the Enter Employee form - Assignments Region - purchase order information - shows that if the Ledger is entered, then the forms seem to open properly for the Operating Unit under that ledger. If the field is blank or not matching, the error occurs.
Changes
Upgrade to 12.1.3.
Latest Rollup Patch - Nov-2011 was applied - <Patch 12661793> in some cases.
