Goal
Why is the Oracle to Cash lifecycle creating reservations for specific Project related material from a Project enabled Locator?
Example
----------
20 quantities of Item EM200-11 are present at project related locator 1.1.1.1.EML022 and ideally in a PJM organization, these quantities can only be used for transactions for project EML022.
Create a sales order for this item EM200-11 without any sales orders relation and Oracle creates a reservation for this new sales order from this Project enabled locator.
Ideally these reservations should not be allowed as shipping process would not allow these items to ship for non-related sales orders from Project related locator.
