Symptoms


When clicking on the Container Opt Configuration ID hyperlink using the Ask OTM Container Optimization, the following error is received:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OTM 6.2.
2. At the Bottom of the screen (Ask OTM), click Container Optimization.
3. Select Equipment DRY VANS, tick ignore equipment cost / availability.
4. Click Next.
5. Click on the hyperlinked Container Opt Configuration ID (custom one) and the following error is received:
