Goal

When an Inter-Org Transfer or Internal Requisition is shipped from the originating Inventory organization Receiving Shipment Lines are created in the table RCV_SHIPMENT_LINES (RSL).

The rows in RSL link back to the source rows in the table MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS (MMT)

The rows in MMT have a Transaction Type and a Transaction Action.
Only certain combinations of Type and Action are considered valid by Receiving for Inter-Org Transfers and Internal Requisitions.
