Unable to Close OPM Orgs because of existing Pending Receiving Transactions (Doc ID 1418140.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Close a Period for OPM organizations by running the concurrent request 'GMF Period Close Process for Process Organizations', the following error occurs.

Pending receiving transactions: <no of transactions displayed>
Skipping closing of this period because of the existing pending transactions
Compile Period Balances LE process completed
Period Close process failed for one of the orgs.

1. Running the concurrent program - GMF Period Close Process for Process Organization.
