Explanation Function Is Showing No Data For Ask OTM - Conopt. (Doc ID 1419243.1)

On OTM version 6.2.3 when Explanations are switched on and Container Optimization is run from the ASK section of OTM the View Explanation only shows "process.conopt.optimize" and a log button.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 - Log on to an OTM 6.2.3 system

2 - Click on the 'information' link at the top of the OTM UI and set:

Tracking Mode: ALL
Tracking Level: ALL
Tracking Diagnostic: ON

3 - Click on Container Optimisation in the ASK section of OTM and set the following:.

Parameter Set ID: Enter As Needed
Equipment Group Profile: LJS_GP_CONTAINERS
Ignore Equipment Cost: ticked
Ignore Equipment Availability: ticked

4 - Click NEXT and enter the following:

Transport Handling Unit ID: 4x4 PALLET
Number of THU: 2
ID: Enter as needed.
Equipment Group ID: LJS_22GP and LJS_42GP

5 - Click 'Optimise'

6 - The solutions are displayed.

7 - Click on the 'View Explanation' button.

8 - The only information shown on the screen is process.conopt.optimize
Also the View Log button is shown.
