Symptoms


On : 11.5.10.2 version, Transaction Fulfillment

When attempting to fulfill a sales order line for a model (PTO) component that is stuck in FULFILLED status, the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-20002:3133: Activity instance 'INVOICING_WAIT_FOR_RFR' is not a notified activity for item 'OEOL/10256192'. in Package OE_Invoice_PUB Procedure Interface_Line

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Retry the workflow INVOICE_INTERFACE activity for line 1.1.9 from order 652066

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot invoice the line and close the order.
