GLDRMLDR module: Load Segment Values and Hierarchies
Symptoms
Running the program Load Segment Values and Hierarchies and the value and hierarchy records are updated incorrectly for the WHO columns:
The created_by, and last_updated_by columns are set to ANONYMOUS and (-1) values respectively instead of the login details of the session.
