FRM-40654 When Trying To Update PO Price (Doc ID 1424373.1)

Symptoms

On Applications 11.5.10.2 :
When attempting to update PO line details, the following error occurs.

-- Error
FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change.

Removing trailing spaces did not solve the issue.

-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Open an existing PO and try to update it
2. The error will be thrown.
