Updating an S_SHIP_UNIT via XML with Weight/Volume set to 0 Does not Update the Shipment's "Total Gross Weight" and "Total Gross Volume" to 0

Symptoms
When attempting to update S_SHIP_UNIT via XML by setting the weight/volume to 0, this does not update the shipment's "Total Gross Weight" and "Total Gross Volume" to 0. These fields were updated to 0 in previous versions.
-- Expected Behavior
That te total_gross_volume is would be updated.
-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
Log into a support instance running OTM 6.2
1. Upload TransOrder
2. We update the dates to ensure we can plan.
3. Plan a shipment
4. Verify results (Always OK)
5. Upload Post Goods Issue SShipUnit
6. Note that total_gross_volume is not updated.
