Symptoms


When attempting to run 'Confirm Dispatch' action on a shipment, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Shipment is not in a state for WKFLW_CONFIRM_WORK_ASSIGNMENT


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a shipment.
2. Actions -> Fleet and Asset Management -> Assign Driver
3. Actions -> Fleet and Asset Management -> Driver Dispatch -> Confirm Dispatch
