Receipt Workbench Issue: After Applying Patch 13694711 Unable To Update Receipt After Saving As An Unidentified or Unapplied Receipt (Doc ID 1433035.1)

Symptoms

Unable to modify anything on a Receipt after the initial save.

For example:

Scenario #1

Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigation:  Receipts > Receipts
1. Create an unidentified receipt
2. Save
3. Select Customer
4. Save again
5. When exiting the Receipt form, the message "Do you want to save the changes you have made?" appears.
6. Clicking on "Yes" brings up the same message over and over again.
7. By clicking on "No", the form is exited successfully but nothing is saved.

Scenario #2

Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigation:  Receipts > Receipts
1. Create a Receipt
2. Select customer
3. Save
4. Status is now unapplied
5. Attempt to change the customer.
6. Save again
7. When exiting the Receipt form, the message "Do you want to save the changes you have made?" appears
8. Clicking on "Yes" brings up the same message over and over
9. By clicking on "No", the form is exited successfully but the change is not saved

Note: The scenarios mentioned above are NOT the only scenarios. User is unable to modify anything on receipt or add any additional information (for example: "Comments" field).
