Symptoms
Some of the Standard Oracle Forms fail with the following error:
FRM-92101:There was a failure in the forms server during start up.
This could happen due to invalid configuration
Look in to the web-log log file for details:
Changes
This can occur under different scenarios such as, upgrade, clone, patching. One customer reported that no changes were made.
