Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Customers Module, you are unable to create personalizations on the Customer Account page at SITE level

Customer Overview page

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsiblity: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Customers

  1. Query by registry ID (xxxx), 1 customer and 3 accounts displayed
  2. View the customer details, Customer Overview page displayed
  3. Personalize Page

    Personalization Context shows
    Scope Page: Customer Overview
    Document Name /oracle/apps/ar/cusstd/ovrview/webui/ArCusOvrPG
    Function AR Customer Overview
    Site Include
    Organization XXXX
    Responsibility Receivables Manager

  4. Select Link: Profile
  5. Site level not available for personalization
