Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Learner Component

Create Learning Path link not available.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Manager Self Service>>Appraisals>>Give Final Ratings
  2. Create Learning Path. The buttons  to create Learning Path , Add Courses etc is not available.
