Error of INV_INVALID_SERIAL_STATE when Entering Serial Number for Delivery Transaction using MSCA (Doc ID 1434737.1)

On : 12.1.1 version, Mobile Transactions

Get the following problem with Delivery transaction using MSCA

Steps to Reproduce
1) Create Advanced Shipping Notice for a PO with serialized item. Organization is non-WMS enabled.
2) On MSCA, navigate to Std. Receive > ASN. Receive the ASN
3) Navigate to Deliver > PO
4) Enter the PO#, line#, Sub, Locator and Qty. System prompts for a serial number. As soon as we enter the from serial number, the system displays a message 'INV_INVALID_SERIAL_STATE'.

This happens whenever an ASN is received and you try to perform the 'Deliver' transaction using MSCA using PO as the search criteria
