Updating a Quote in HTML Quoting Does Not Create New Version When Auto Version Flag set to Yes. (Doc ID 1436607.1)

Symptoms

Auto Version is not working in HTML Quoting.  The Auto Version is enabled for the related Quote status, but when change the Quote, and save it, a new Version is not created automatically.

Updating a quote in Approved status using HTML Quoting (where the Auto Version Flag is set to Yes for status Approved) a new version of the quote is not being created as expected. 

This is working in FORMS Quoting.
